Youth Ministries

 

The Holy Orthodox Primary Education(HOPE), Junior Orthodox Youth(JOY), and Greek Orthodox Youth of America(GOYA), are ministries of the Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministries of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. 

  • HOPE ministers to pre-kindergarten to 1st grade children.

  • Junior JOY ministers to 2nd to 4thgrade children.

  • Senior JOY ministers to 5th to 7th grade children.

​

  • GOYA ministers to 8thto 12thgrade young adults. 

The mission of these ministries is to strengthen the relationship of young Orthodox Christians with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The programs work to educate and edify young members of the Church, encouraging them to become active sacramental participants in the life of the Body of Christ. This ministry offers them the opportunity to experience the Faith, ultimately leading them to Salvation.
